1. Product Authenticity

We guarantee that all cosmetic and skincare products sold on our platform are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors.

2. Hygiene & Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or had their protective seals broken, unless the product is defective.

3. Patch Testing

TJ AMOR provides product descriptions for informational purposes. We strongly recommend that customers perform a patch test before using a new cosmetic product to check for allergic reactions.

4. Pricing

All prices listed are in AED and include VAT where applicable.
